In the beauty of the valleys, the awe of the high jagged mountains, the pride of the tall trees, the songs of the flowing waters, I have always sought the paradise created by Allah.
Some of the same beautiful sights were seen in the valley of "Kumrat Valley weather". It was as if a secret was revealed to me that what is the real definition of peace and beauty. But it is not possible to describe this definition with the help of words. hotel in "Kumrat valley" To find this beauty, I started traveling towards this direction.
A highway starts from Yadgar Farid Khan Shaheed (Bab-e-Kumrat Valley) 500 meters before the district headquarters of Deer Bala which takes you to this beautiful and charming valley. However, remember that you will find this road built up to Shringal, "kumrat weather today" after which the road is somewhat rough, but now the road work is progressing rapidly up to Thal, the first village in the Kumrat Valley.
The town of Shringal also welcomed us with open eyes. There is also a university 'Benazir Bhutto Shringal University' built for the students of Upper Dir, Kumrat valley direction, Lower Dir and Chitral, whose architecture was very impressive.
Shringal is a beautiful town as well as the largest commercial center on this highway after Dir Upper. Here now there are all facilities of accommodation and food for tourists.
After slowing down for some time, we reached Kalkot after a
tiring journey of about 5 hours from Shringal via Patrak, Beyar, Brikot due to
the roughness of the very dilapidated road and landslides at places.
Passing through Kalam and Atror, this route passes through difficult and dense forests. It is also very important to have a small jeep and an experience driver for this trip.
In which there are various artefacts and historically
important things related to Kumarat Valley. From Jindrai, the ferry to Banda is
a 7.5 km walk, which can be covered in about 6 to 7 hours.
The vast green plains of Jhajalbanda are situated at an altitude of 8900 feet above sea level. There are also temporary hotels and restaurants in the summer season for the accommodation and food of tourists.
If you look at the beautiful plain of Banda and the water flowing between it on one side, there is a beautiful waterfall and if you look on the other side, you will find more than 15 lakes.
The most beautiful of these lakes is the Katora Lake at an altitude of 11500 feet above sea level. The mountains surrounding this lake with its beautiful turquoise colored water of glaciers resemble the mountains of Ratigali Lake in the Neelam Valley.
The walking and trekking to Katura Lake from Jajal Banda is
4.7 km which can be completed in 3 to 4 hours. The Katura Lake trek also
introduces you to new colors of nature.
In the last 2 years, a large number of tourists have come to visit Kumrat Valley including Banda and Katura Lake.
Here you will have a view of Thal Jamia Masjid Darul Salam, Canal made of wooden planks, Panjkora River, Kala Chashma, Dujunga, Dara Badugai, Chirot Banda, Jajal Banda and surrounding waterfalls, Jindrai Village, Katura Lake and snow clad mountains. Makes the eyes dazzle.
In the morning, after a rich breakfast of Saag Roti, Lassi,
Butter and Desi Ghee, we went to visit the historic Jama Masjid Darul Salam,
which is built entirely of pine wood, right in the middle of Thal Bazaar.
Now it was time to leave for Kumrat Valley Valley, after traveling about 5 km we entered the forest of Kumrat Valley Valley.
The 20 km long Kumrat valley starts from here. On the way, there are forests that have caused me a special closeness to this valley. At the end of this forest, high and snow-capped mountains are visible, crossing which you can reach Chitral.
Let us show you the entire route, after Thal village through the beautiful forest of Kumrat, the area reserved for tents and makeshift hotels, the waterfall, Kala Pani, Dojanga, Kundal Shahi Banda, Chirot Banda, Azglu Banda and finally Shahzoor Banda. You will reach a high mountain range, crossing which you will enter Chitral.
Since there is no local transport from Thal to Kumrat, one can travel further by four-by-four jeeps or own transport. Local jeep drivers here ask for a fare of 4 to 5 thousand rupees.
There are two ways out from the hill. One way leads to Kumrat Valley valley where you can see breathtaking natural views at every step, while on the other side the beautiful field of ship Banda 'Banal'.
